Crean Sacked

This afternoon Simon Crean was sacked from his role as Arts Minister by the PM.  Mr Crean tried to facilitate a leadership spill in the hope Kevin Rudd would be instated as PM with Crean as his deputy.

Perhaps this will stop the speculation?  I doubt it.

Just another example of how the Labor party treat their own. Having an opinion is considered dissent or even disloyalty and is punished by banishment. Not a lot of consensus conversations going on there. Meanwhile, we heading straight into a fiery hell that neither of the old political parties seem at all focussed on resolving.
